Allocate training and resources to leaders and staff
Are your staff using the Welbee toolkit?
Providing resources to staff is easy. Ensuring they are high quality and most importantly are used is more difficult. Research suggests on average less than 5% of employees use resources from an employee assistance program.
In addition to adding Clarity to the toolkit, to help staff self-assess their priorities and to recommend resources that meet their needs, and wellbeing journeys, we have now added allocations.
Allocations allow you to invite any leader or staff member to undertake training or use any of the toolkit resources. You can personalise the invitation, automatically send it by email, set dates for completion and see progress made.
It’s a great way to support your CPD delivery. Administrators simply need to use the allocation tab on their left menu – if you can’t see this you may have the wrong access – just get in touch.
Choose your benchmark
From November you can choose a benchmark from your staff wellbeing survey that matches your school — by type and phase so you compare to schools and trusts like yours.
You will also be able to compare to the global school benchmark too

We are working on delivering more ways for you to use Welbee regularly, for example launching bespoke and template surveys for staff, students and parents, with analytics and AI built in to identify key insights and actions.
