Your Welbee Renewal

Thank you for letting us know that you do not wish to renew your Welbee subscription — we are very disappointed to see you go. When a subscription ends it is usually down to one of two reasons:
  • Financial — we understand the continuing financial challenges putting pressure on budgets
  • Our service not being fully utilised, or a perceived lack of value being obtained.
If it is something else, then please let us know, as we constantly learn and improve. 
If it is either of the above reasons, then that is down to us in not helping make sure you use everything available to you. There is already so much included for the price and implementing well will deliver a significant positive return on your investment — putting money into your budget rather than taking it out (for example, through higher retention, lower absences and supply cover). 
Customer subscriptions have just got even better with the addition of significant additional services and support – that will mean you are able to use Welbee regularly across staff, students and parents, as well as finding insights from your existing data. What’s more you may also be able to remove other subscriptions that you pay — and have everything in one place!
We will let you have all these additional products and services at no added cost for one year should you reconsider staying with us. Details of the new products and the benefits they bring are below and we would love to walk you through them — these are in addition to the current survey, toolkit and AI. We have also made significant additions to the toolkit, letting you allocate resources directly to staff members and tracking their progress, which we will also show you.
