This document describes the features, limits and entitlements for each Edu Intelligence from Welbee service and plan. It is referenced by and forms part of your Licence Agreement.
About This Page
This Service Description sets out the features, functionality and usage limits included with each of our products and Edu Intelligence plan tiers. Your Licence Agreement references this page as at your Licence Start Date — meaning the version that was current when your licence began defines what is included in your subscription.
We update this page as we release new features and make improvements. New features are not automatically included in existing subscriptions unless we confirm this in writing.

Included in All Edu Intelligence Plans
Every Edu Intelligence plan includes the following as standard:
- Secure, fully-managed data infrastructure — your data brought together automatically, with no infrastructure to manage.
- Your own AI, trained on your context — with your documents, policies and data connected, EI acts as a customised AI assistant for your group, trust or school, letting any leader ask questions and get evidence-backed advice and next steps specific to your schools.
- UK-hosted data — GDPR compliant, your data never used for AI training.
- AI works securely — the AI never accesses raw student data.

Our stakeholder feedback services are available for one or more of the following audiences:

Your subscription covers the audience(s) specified in your Licence Agreement. All Stakeholder Survey subscriptions include EI Essentials at no additional charge.
Staff Wellbeing Toolkit
A resources and training toolkit designed to support you in improving and accelerating the leadership and wellbeing of your staff. Access is provided through the platform for the duration of your licence.
Safe Space and Check-in
A student wellbeing measurement and communication service. Students can communicate with designated staff through a secure, monitored messaging platform. The system uses AI to suggest message categories and flag potential safeguarding concerns for review by your staff.
